Off Limits can collect on your
behalf the neighbouring rights,
which are due to the Artist
and/or Performers of a track.

These are different from
the Composers/Writers rights
and are collected and managed by an
array of different collecting societies - one in each country which signed the Rome Convention.

All we need is that you sign the mandate to Off Limits and your discography.
